The lights on my CE R520M is green. Regarding the firmware, look in your warranty card or dig in your box for the address of the nearest authorised dealership. Or look at www.sonyericsson.com. And look for global support and go to your location. :-) Hope that helped.

For upgrading in US, check the
American forum for how to get in contact with
regarding firmware upgrade. If you wanna do it yourself (meaning you are taking a risk since you might end up with a non working phone)

I dont think it works with that OLD cable u need get a newer try for R380 or T65 if u dont find the right.
