...by the way... my friend had it checked at semicon already, before we resorted to posting the issue here at this forum. but all the tech-guys did was "master reset" daw for more than an hour. i wasn't there when she had it checked so i can't argue on the "reset" thing. but i'm sure it is stiil the same (the malfunctions) for the mis-behaving r600.

ako it's not just the attention of the customer service but the technical staff as well lalo na sa main office sa pasig . puro bulok yung pinapalit na swap phone to me at di sila expert sa pag repair ng ericsson. dapat baguhin na yung SOP nila na sa main office kung saan lahat mang gagaling yung swap units at repairs. may mga stocks naman sa mga branches at may naka tao na incompetent tech staff. dapat dun na lang nila palitan on the spot or return the money or swap to another model with minimal or no cash added due to the perwisyo. mas maganda fire those highly educated management staff or kung sino mang mga poncio pilato na naka isip ng crap SOP's nila!
