Speaking as an Xbox 360 only owner, the Xbox One has failed to get me back as a customer. The PS4 reveal was definitely much more interesting to me, the hardware is much more powerful, and the focus on games is important for me. I know the PS4 will still have its multimedia apps, but Sony did not forget its main audience: gamers. It's telling that Microsoft didn't go too much into detail with its specs, while Sony released all the information about their hardware at its reveal. The only game that was interesting to me was Forza 5. I am a fan of that series, but it's not enough to keep on the Xbox. I might have considered it if it was backwards compatible with the 360, but it doesn't seem to be backwards compatible. It also looks like they're not changing their Xbox Live system, requiring Gold to be able to play online.
PS4 all the way.

I believe we will see Sony also demonstrating the interactivity of the PS4 and their Android devices too...

lol, you make an outlandish statement and then follow it up with nothing but this? Don't listen to everything you read in the web, if that's your logic then we should all crown Apple the king of the world, and the true innovator. Second, your point about the sales number are moot. Xbox 360 had a full year head start compared to the PS3, yet Sony managed to even out the sales number. The articles that you read that says the Xbox 360 is demolishing the PS3 in sales must be for the US, outside of the US, PS3 is ahead. I know, cause I live in the US and its so hard to find a PS3 gamer here. The basis for a winner in this next gen console war is very subjective, to each his own as the saying goes. I, for one, have always leaned towards the playstation brand because of their exclusives, I don't care about all the kinect mumbo jumbo RIGHT NOW (in the future maybe). Uncharted, GoW, LBP, heavy rain, Gran Turismo, Ni no kuni, the last of us, infamous, beyond two souls, disgaea, sly cooper, ratchet and clank, dust 514, I could keep going, you get my point.

The one thing that keeps me coming back to PlaySation for gaming, that said, XBox is probably the one Microsoft product that I'd buy due to wanting it rather than out of necessity.

I know its off topic, but yes, xbox one was disappointing. There was almost no focus on gaming aspects. They were more concerned with xbox being a set top box instead of gaming. You still have to pay for xbox live, and the used games have a fee. This means that when you want to borrow a game from your friend, you will have to pay to play it.
I like the attitude of sony, particularly towards the gamers, and I am definitely going with ps4 whenever it launches.
