When you have put the phone i flashmode the screen on your computer will change to another, telling you to release the back button, this will take like 2-3 seconds or less

how can you see drag screen/mount sd card? the PHONE IS TURNED OFF ?

the phone boots the moment you plug in the USB cable, while you hold the back button pressed, then released when you are promted to. then it will download>install and you just grab a cup of tea?

You're from England and English isn't your strong point??

I been thinking of the possibilities of creating a USB-xenon flash accessory, what do you think?

the 1, 2 3 steps are there to make it easy for you, it clearly says you shall turn off your phone, remove the battery and wait for xx seconds and then putt it all back together. hold the back button and plug in the usb. in short. just read the instructions, they explains everything as easy as it can get.

Try again!

@Ravager - why do you think I am from England? I live in England...

@SKIBBE yes, I have followed those steps and the computer just locks up, after step 3, holding the back button down..

This has happened 4 times now..

rebooted yet again and will try.

If no good, I will try from another PC later.

Ok, sorry.
There's no PC-companion or SEUS for mac...
only mediasync works on OSX

About the lock up, try to find the latest drivers on www.sonyericsson.com
