Why does the C905 have such sh*tty video recording when such old phones can do better? How hard would it be to put in? A lot of people take more videos than pictures like myself.

Hello,
I currently own a 2-year old K800, which I am quite happy with.
However, C905 seems to be perfect successor in almost every aspect. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be any Music Quick Play button on the side of the phone (as my current phone) or does the Play button next to the camera shutter button work as a Music Play button as well?
Does anyone know?
Thanks in advance!
BR Martin

took that button away on all Cybershoots phones from K850 and toward. (just a unnecessary button i think)
I absolutely disagree this is an unnecessary button. It is perfect having a play button (not affected by any key lock) available! Not to mention the great skip track buttons (holding down volume up/down buttons). This enables me to easily control the music in my pocket, without the need to bring up the phone and look at the display/navigate to the music player.
I cannot understand how SE motivates the removal of the play button! More amazingly, not even SE Walkman phones have the button nowadays!
At the same time, Nokia and others add this button to their phones!

Yes, it was so stupid to remove this button and I see no reason why.
I know they were limited on the C902 because most of the side slides, but on the others?
It was just as silly when SE stopped using an LED to show when you were in coverage, had a message etc. Considering most models blank the display completely to save battery, the flashing light is ideal (but, at the same time, it needed to be switchable in the menu for those that don't want a flashing light keeping them awake at night!).
The irony is that the phones usually have the LED present somewhere, but it only comes on when the battery is low and is hidden away.

It must have a VGA @ 30 fps!
Anything less than that is a sin for a 8 mp cameraphone.

Wow! That's amazing news.

Finaly we've got VGA with 30 fps. One good reason to buy it.

The ironic things is that if you fitted the k750 with a big processor, you could have filmed full HD (1080i/p) at whatever fps. Its just lack the of concentration that SE have been not been forseeing. New phones, need big processors, the iphone has got a 620Mhz processor with a 128mb of ram and a GPU, of cource it needs it, but generally, it is quicker and can play music and run smoothly. If SE don't buck their ideas up this phone could fail dramatically if it is slow.

Great news if true, could still do with some work though.

Maybe so, but it consumes lot of power as well and is neither small or cheap.

Then it's the consumer's fault if they don't want to pay more for better.
