Back again just got my X10 in luster white really missed it but need to debrand it as it has generic HK software on it as it came from Hong Kong

BTW Im now not worried I timed th e charge on the phone this evening to 5.30pm Started...
by 7.10pm it had gone full I therefore left it till 8.10pm and took it of charge, turned on and 100%

sadly i haven't gotten any updates since the major 2.1 update. i had a notification to "update" last week but when i said "ok" it popped up "you already have the latest firmware" strange.
Guess it's not a big issue, but seeing the slight improvements would be nice.

I had one at its launch and i remember i was nearly a nightmare for this point !

I have only two disappointments with my X10.
1) The ridiculously quiet earpiece and
2) The lack of a proper flash for the camera.

Earpice has improved after 2.1 update. I hardly complain about it but I have couple of disappointments:
1) Ridiculously slow Camera interface
2) Ridiculously slow Mediascape interface
3) Ridiculously unsensitive corners of the screen (I hardly press "L" or "A")
Apart from those I love it

Solution to your problems:
1) Try the modded camera apk from xda, improves the cam and the interface
2) Install JIT V2, helps for 1) also
3) My screen is reacting good.
I love my X10i (Eminence V1.2 ROM, JIT V2, Dualtouch, xRecovery...)

Hi everyone!
finally rooted my friends X10, upgraded to 2.1 and then re-rooted, but with difficulty!
All working now, with different synchs and calendars etc ..
