i totally agree with @aurelius, samsung has made a name simply by copying others. software, hardware, even names are almost the same as others. eg. sony NEX cameras = samsung NX cameras. Sony playstation Vita = Samsung ATIV notebooks (vita spelt backwards) this reason and also cos their products, i genuinely feel, are inferior to others. i will never buy anything from samsung. marketing has proven to be the most powerful of consumer trend tools. when a company that started off as a grocer can be given so much money from the korean government in order to steal other people's ideas and rip-off others ingenuity can thrive by simply paying online reviewers to post good comments about their products whilst bashing others is beyond me. call me bias or fanboy whatever, my current love for sony is partially because i wouldn't want for sony to disappear while companies like apple and samsung prosper. it would be a sad world without sony. they have given so much to the world and even though they have been evil for a good many years, i feel they are willing to right their wrongs...

That's very true. Samsung products are really inferior quality than most other brands. Smartphones they are good, mainly due to the use of latest hardware. Design and build is inferior.
