Once again we have varying reports, although I am tempted to believe Masseur over others. I'll leave this entry off the first post for the time being.
right, well, itdefinitely didn't work find time I tried it immediately after flashing but following this comment I decided to power off the phone and the headset and then power back on and now I am seeing titles in the headset.
I can't explain it but several power off/on still give a working result

Strange. Can anyone else confirm where their Big clock is on the new firmware?

I'll add this to the first post.

Can anyone else with the new firmware and an HBH-DS970 headset confirm whether the tracks appear and also what format the songs are (MP3, MP4, WMA)
Mike
Hey MWarner,
I can confirm that the music titles are there for sure. I updated my k800i via Wotan and now I can see the titles. See attached photo. Linkin Park: In the End.

The text message animations are totally different now, very like the k750i guys but more refined.
I really like the new mms editor as well

A question for anybody who owned SE phone before capable of SEUS:
Is it possible, that wotan server is a kind of sandbox, and SE waits for user feedbacks, and if everything seems ok with the firmware they put it on SEUS?
How was it before with other phones?

Just updated my K800i to R1ED001 via Wotanserver and have played around with it in the past few minutes. And yes, animations for SMS have changed. They're like the old colour ones from previous SE phones, but much more refined.
Other than that, the only difference is the Print option when you connect the DCU-60 cable. Well that's all I've noticed so far.

What is the new R1ED firmware? Is it a new branded or unbranded release?

@adriandaz
It's unbranded - so no network specific icons like Vodafone, Orange etc.
