a dedicated GPS will certainly offer more features. The iPhone app will receive calls perfectly but currently you can only place calls to numbers associated with POIs. If you want to call a contact or other number you have to exit the app.

TomTom 1.3 is now available for download
however, the UK HD traffic feature is fairly costly! (its also not available at all in my Australian map version)

Could anyone recommend a small speaker dock for use with iPhone? I'm only after a cheap one that doesn't have to be loud just reasonable quality sound! On a budget of £20-£50.
I was going to stretch to £60 for the JBL on stage III from Argos but have found out that only the on stage IIIp has mobile interference shielding

and that retails at around £100.
Thanks
Burgaz

One of theses?
I bought on of these for £46 from Costco last week,
It's not the best and isn't iPhone compatible, but I have found the betterer ones that are iPhone compatible are over £150, and seeing as this will still playback music from the iPhone with the occasional du duh du du duh duh du du duh du du du duh duh and has a DAB radio it will do me until I win the Lottery.......

I've been looking for a dock too.
I've got the one that Nanu showed, its not powered but does increase the sound output of the iphone by 10db. For me the quality and loudness is just not good enough so its gathering dust in my drawer

Can anyone else confirm this......
When playing music back through the phone speakers if I put my finger over the left grill at the bottom it quietens the sound, whereas if I do the same for the one on the right nothing happens, or am I being daft and the right grill is the microphone?
@Masseur I'll send you a SAE if that dock is just gathering dust.....

yes, the left is speaker, the right is microphone
no need for SAE, just PM your address
here's a quick pic, it has the ipod and iphone adaptor

Yeah those griffin air thingies aren't the best! I tried one in the o2 shop the other day... Hmmm... So do I bite the bullet and get the jbl one from Argos?

Can anyone recommend a decent set of headphones with inline mic, volume, play pause and skip control?
