@Oydig: Relax. If you 're too peeved with their rudeness, don't go down to their level. I'm just fortunate that most Semicon people (Megamall's Malou Cabatuando and the Rockwell Crew) I've dealt with have been very courteous (except that my e-mail complaint has not been replied to since May.). You can express your point with out the excess aggression and still have the same effect.

San Semicon Store ba dapat ako magpunta? Kasi I went to SM Centerpoint branch kanina and they tell me that they don't know anything about T68i firmware upgrade (R2b to become R2e).

suki ako ng semicon sm ct at mabait sila to me. i just got my replacement t65 from them kanina at sa awa ni taning eh ayos naman so far. i just got the biggest "con" that happened to me also. the main office said that they swapped me a new unit but when i checked the imei # on this phone it was the same as the last defective one i returned to them and not the imei of the supossedly swap unit. they just repaired it again and kunwari ay swap unit sya, what a "con" talaga! no plans on returning this again to them kasi baka masira nila ulit. sa main office ang mga walang silbi na tao ng semicon and sira na sila sa akin. gona email them about this farce!

read your pm and it is so true na defective yung mga swap units nila. i know how to check it for myself and the tech staff confirmed it also. kung hindi defective yung mga phones eh dapat di aabot sa 5th replacement phone ito. di ko sinisiraan ang semicon, sila lang ang sumira ng image nila sa akin at sa iba pang customers nila. their procedures really stinks!

@khermin - go to smartnet, they upgrade T68 phones there, not sure if they already have for T68mc. If your phone was purchased here, or if it has warranty, upgrade is free. If not, you pay 450 i think. About the address, try to check it at the smartnet forum here, do search. hope this helps
