@G_M - Darius informed me about the keypads and nagpareserve ako. My question is, how come T68m users that had their faceplate converted suffered dust particles inside? I dont know kung saan sila nag paservice but can you assure me that this wont happen to my phone? I believe in smartnet's capabilities naman, but the reason might be the result of the conversion, na it will open gaps for dust to enter more. If not, I would gladly have my keypad changed cause the chrome peeled off already. And while at it, I'll have it upgraded to R5D and have the screen cleaned na rin. Thanks and more power!

kieboy, When my mineral grey casing was scratched I had it replaced with another mineral gray casing when it was available at Smartnet... no dust at all...

@jowi - nope, definitely they won't replace it. That's why never buy phones in GH, they can service it though but not for free...about 450 or 500.
