I don't know what is happening with SE. They should reevaluate their goals and strategy. It doesn't connect. The Q1 report showed that. I see more loss on their part if they continue with that kind of philosophy.
Paris is a disaapointment. For me, it's like how P990 should have been wayback. N95-8gb is even better in some ways.
Only few days remaining before Paris will be announced. I'm still hoping for a miracle to happen.
Anyway, I think the codename Paris doesn't match the device. SE should have used Betty - from the tv sitcom Ugly Betty. It perfectly suit the device appearance and capabilities.

How can you say 8GB N95 is better? you don't know paris's official specs. You haven't seen paris in it's official glory either. What we've seen so far have been early prototype photos and we have very little in confirmed official specs. For you to compare at this point is ridiculous. If you don't like the design as it stands, that's one thing. But to bash Paris in terms of specs, build quality and performance before we know anything or have seen it in action?.... doesn't seem logical to me.

If it really uses the old hardware, I don't see the point why PK was so excited about it's hardware abilities? According to him, the proto was replaced somewhere in november 2007 because they were changing some stuff in it.
