Hey Doministry, glad you got the phone. Try Battery Widget by geekyouup, that's what I use - nice clean widget to show battery percentage.
How are you finding the weight and size of the phone compared to the Arc? Is it comfortable to use one handed? A few reviews have said it's hard to unlock one handed because of the unlock button placement.
I would say that for ME this phone feels bigger than Arc.
It is the difference.
But to be clear: yes, it's still compact, and fits in the hand perfectly, feels great/better also because of this matt plastic, which just sits better in the hand.
But each time I come back to Arc I fell like "f.ck, that's perfectly compact device!"
Xperia S also feels heavier (but not really heavy), what I really like.
The design itself is cleaner and a bit more classy than Arc. The materials feel just better.
The light strip is nice.
However if I would be the one to choose , I would have to throw a coin.

Flash Light performance doesn't seem to be really different than Arc, I must test more though.

Just read it yesterday.
And to be honest I was just surprised that they are whining so much about luck of ICS.
One of the reasons they give it lower mark...

Worst review every, the reviewer picked holes in everything! Obviously doesn't like Sony/SE.

Well, he may have this point of view, in fact he gives some arguments.
They're just not that important for this phone though.

True. But banding on the screen - please?
I know it's a different phone compared to the Arc, but how are you finding it compared to the Arc?

There's no banding here
Yeah it's different, I would say "more serious". A little more bulky, but also a little more highend (as Arc would be on top too, considering of course it's older hardware).
Everything is quite faster and smoother. Really.
I might miss the Arc's compact size though, now I see how it is really.
And some design details of widgets look a little nicer on Arc maybe, but that's just details.
Generally it's very pleasant experience. And it's really great to see 1,7GB free internal memory and almost 400MB free RAM.
One thing bugs me though:
I can't seem to find a way to sync older Calendar entries than February. Everything older just doesn't appear.
Contacts are OK....
P.S. And honestly nothing will replace hardware buttons.

Probably because it would be harder to keep it up to date when it's animated when touched
but in standby otherwise so it doesn't have to refresh.
