I apologize if i offended anyone but the statement itself is pretty ignorant- and what is even more surprising is that it is coming from symbian users - it is a well known fact that symbian attracts malware, the only reason why it is not in the news is because of its dismal market share

and btw i have an iphone 5s and Lumia 1020 as well as an android phone

The same malware you have to watch out for on your Commodore 64... because symbian is such a global player, every hacker group out there wants to take it down!!!

This is just one link ..... Symbian with its tiny market share is attracting 19% of the malware threats but roll back a year or 2 the percentage was much higher

Not surprisingly, the memo (PDF) places Symbian at the second spot with a 19 percent malware threat count.

So you have a choice then... you either choose an OS that acts as malware itself(android), or you choose one that attracts it from a 3rd party.

Next to the Nex 5.. still looking good

Sorry to drag this to more offtopic but how is Android acting like a malware itself? it is a well known fact that Android is the target of malware (like Symbian is/was) but you are the first person i hear that is saying that Android is acting like malware. Would you mind explaining that or providing a link because i am honestly bemused by your statement
