Sony D6503, D5303, D2105, D2005 AnTuTu Benchmark Scores Leaks – 2014 Models
I guess these guys would show up on MWC, Xperia Z1 mini and the Z Ultra WiFi (?) on CES, then next flagship probably on March.

Wow! The results of C530x seems impresive
So. Which SoCs will Sony use in 1H 2014 phones? S400,S600 and S800?
@milu
Sounds like every Sony smartphone in 2014 will use IPS
@itsjustJOH
You put D5503 instead of D5303 in D5303 SS

@jonfensu
Yeah, IPS LCD is best match overall imo. if it matches or surpass htc one or g2 then it's a good deal.
for cup, i guess new L and M- 410. Z1s (mini), new ZL, new SP - 800. flagship - 805 at MWC. flagship benchmarks should rise much more then 30000 so it's clearly not there.

Z ultra Wifi, is that like a tablet in Z ultra size? I think All the high end device will be triluminos + IPS.

@amirprog
But I think that D530x will use a S600 SoC (Maybe the APQ8064AB variant - CPU 1.9GHz, GPU 450Mhz) because the Xiaomi Mi-2S (APQ8064T - CPU 1.7GHz,GPU 400MHz and 720p Screen) gets a score of 28 000

@jonfensu
sounds reasonable actually. maybe they want to differentiate z1s from the rest of the new phones and give it 800 exclusively. also, maybe z1s is the official name of the mini after all? as for "small"? "short"? quite fitting and original.

@jonfensu
Yes, IPS will be the major screen type for Sony 2014 devices.

Thanks @milu .Thats sounds great because TFT screen was a fault (a big one) in 2013 phones. So IPS screen for 2014 is
XR5 ? And Do you know if sony will release other phones like D530x or D650x in CES? thanks in advance
@amirprog
Yep, Something like Sony did with Z series (S4 Pro Quad Core) and SP (S4 Pro Dual Core) But now the difference might be the GPU instead CPU. And Z1s tag fits perfectly with Z1 mini

but I remember when DACHA said that Z1s is not Z1 mini (
XR5) and other insiders agree with that statement
Only CES will clear every doubt
PS. Anyone know Where is Razec? Because OP is a bit outdated

1st : Again with this TFT is not good and IPS is good ? just to refresh your information
TFT : Thin Film Transistor, It's the way the display control each pixel (sub-pixel), it's a layer in the display that sit's between the controller and the individual pixels so the controller can control each pixel and sub-pixel...
TFT technology is used widely in a variety of displays including LCD and AMOLED... yes AMOLED is the TFT enabled OLED display...
IPS : In Plane Switching, It's another way compared to TN to arrange the molecules of the liquid crystal, basically, in TN the molecules will twist from standing between the layers of glass ( creating a 90 degrees with the glass ) to be in parallel with the glass ( 0 degree with the glass )... in IPS the molecules always in parallel with the glass ( 0 degree ), they just rotate in the their place in order to twist the light to pass from the polarised layers of glass...
Here's a pic that compares TN to IPS and also VA to make is simple in case my english wasn't that much helping
http://www.tftcentral.co.uk/images/ips_layout.jpg
TN, VA and IPS are LCD Displays, this mean they use Liquid Crystals to switch the light on and off, and also all of them TN, VA and IPS uses a TFT layer to control this switch.. even AMOLED uses a TFT layer to control it's pixels
So TN, IPS, VA, AMOLED are using TFT...
as you can see, TFT is NOT a display type... it's technology to control individual pixels ( and sub-pixels ) regardless of the panel type ( panel type like TN, IPS and VA ), or display technology ( like LCD based or OLED based )
and IPS, TN and VA are panels type, or how the the light is being controlled by using different alignment and arrangement of the liquid crystal molecules...
And here's a good article that explains these panels in details with pictures
http://www.tftcentral.co.uk/a[....]l_technologies_content.htm#ips
Eh....
regarding that Z1s, the known thing now ( still rumour though ), is that Z1s will be a slightly upgraded Z1.. like how iPhone 4s is compared to iPhone 4, and iPhone 5s is to iPhone 5...
the successor is Z2
we call it Z2 just to know it as the true successor, nothing is confirmed yet.. the only thing that we know ( I don't know which XR ) is that the next flag ship wont be named Z2.. and will be a slight upgrade to Z1...
Imagine ARC and ARC S...

I highly doubt it would have an S600. First, ramu said before that there wouldn't be a device with a S600 for 2013, and apparently there wasn't so it's most likely the same case for next year. Second, Sony is now going for the latest SoCs, as what they did with ZU being the first with S800. It could be a next gen S600, though.

Yeah, zomgbbqftw mentioned it in neogaf. He managed to get a hands on, said it's the same ZU but WiFi only, soft back and ran 4.4.
