@dlreyes, sir this is an update of my posts last week at the smartnet thread regarding my defective battery (bus-11). well, sir, everything is ok now, se already gave the go signal to semicon to replace my batt as soon as the stocks would arrive. everything went very well as i was really not expecting such very swift results considering the situation i was in. all these happened because of the initiative and effort of "pretty woman." thanks to her really!!! she made it all possible. if there is one person that semicon cs reps should emulate... siya na yon! thank you again sir.

@pw, tnx tnx tnx!

Gigolo, you don't have to post in all caps. That is considered shouting. You need to chill out. This post was posted from a T68i

@dun333, I could attest to what you were saying as I was in Semicon that time when Pretty Woman was taking care of your problem.

Semicon Rockwell Power Plant Branch (Pretty, Padme, Vampire, Scud etc) has brought customer satisfaction for Semicon to even greater heights.

How I wish that other branches could monitor this thread and apply the feedback being gathered here for their own improvement. It could always start with Ericsson products but its application could also be done with the other brands they are carrying.

@bonito99, I bought a t68i first week of june w/o the warranty sticker at the back of the phone, naubusan daw sila and the cs told me to come back. after one month i went there to get my VIP card and the sticker, sabi nung cs wala daw kaming usapan na babalikan yun sticker, ini insist niya all the phone from them may sticker galing sa main branch. then she get my phone no and will try to call me daw. i'm still waiting for that call.

nes- as long as you have your receipt from semicon. you can assert and insist for better after sales service from them. same situation with me with the shortage of stickers when i got my batt. when i had it replaced at rockwell. i just showed them the receipt and told them about the sticker shortage This post was posted from a WAP device
