Tetanua injection only if you haven't taken one in the last 5 years, and if the wound is deeper than skin.. for superficial bruises a good scrub with soap and water should do fine..

yes.. tetanus toxoid is a vaccine, the potency of which is 5 years... 1 shot of tetanus is sufficient to take care of minor cuts and bruises for 5 years. but for deeper and more serious ones you would have to take another one..
