Yep, quite sad..He was a Cape Town institution and many artists coming from the Fairest Cape have to thank him for giving them their breaks.

What pisses me off is that the man was killed in his own community by criminals who probably knew of his importance but still decided to take away someone who means so much.

And saying that the death penalty needs to be re-instituted won't make anyone feel safer because crimininals operate from the premise that they won't get caught to face punishment for their actions.

Fair comment.
However, IF the killers are indeed caught and found guilty, I'd support the death penalty being imposed, not just because that's what they deserve but also the fact that even more tax money would be spent on feeding and housing the killers in places like Pollsmoor, C-Max etc. for how many years...

EDIT: Damn, Gibbs obtaining another duck in the match, with Smith not doing much 'better'; and what's with Kallis refusing to sing the Anthem?

I also refuse to sing the anthem but then again I'm not a national hero.

Well, I have to admit that there is a Motorola that I have been checking out several times lately... the new Linux OS ROKR E6 smartphone.
Fortunately iTunes has been left off the thing, it's touchscreen, has a 2mp cam, although no mention yet of auto focus.
As some of us already know, it doesn't have wi-fi, EDGE or 3G...
The dimensions are very, very appealing though: 111mmx 51.5mmx 14.5mm.
It also comes with the coveted 3.5mm audio jack.

I really hope fit decent cams to the M600i and/or W950i replacements, if or whenever that may be..and sooner rather than later...

West Ham have just beaten ManUre!!
What a way for old boy Alan Curbishley to start his reign as the new Hammers' boss.

The HTML Lite version of Esato is buggered up, tried posting earlier this evening after I had quoted my good friend Siosal but it won't show my post and instead you only see the quoted text.

@da wanqsta: Coz they won't tow the Zuma line...politics is a crazy game. Lots of people have shares in Zuma and they have to ensure that he becomes president because if he fails I fear things might get quite ugly.
