With stock FW, if you remove the right apps this phone will run 98% of the time without any UI lags.

It's a solid phone and as I've said before I believe it's the best of it's generation.

And the multi-touch is available with the newest FW without the xda hack.

Only thing the official FW misses in my opinion is two finger rotate in 3D mode in maps (two finger tilt works) and flash for the browser but that is debatable as it causes some performance degradation.

I'm finding single touch zoom much better in media.

Wow, thanks.

I wanted to ask you a quite subjective question...

These are the actual photos of the device i am getting:

The phone is beimg sold as a new one, no warranty included and the set lacks the earphones. The prise is 225 EUR.

So do you think that is a good deal?

Thanks once again.

from the pictures it looks to be in very good condition. what do you get more than the phone?

in store the x10 still cost around 400€ new?

(thinking of selling my x10 soon, but it has some marks on the housing :/ and i will not sell it with my Mw600 BT headset, unless i get something semiliar with the new arc.

Okey, seems like a good deal if it's new and much lower than the stores

Do you guys think that since the latest update hasn't been released in many regions an improved version of the firmware will be released with the launch of the Xperia Arc?

You should get a set of standard headphones and either a 2gb or 8gb Micro SD memory card in the box. Also depending on the region you might get some or all of the following items included in the box:-

CCR-80 Micro SD USB adaptor
Spare Screen Protector
Bluetooth Headset
Xperia Branded Pouch
EC500 Media Stand

In my Black X10 which was from O2 UK I got an Xperia Branded pouch,Spare screen protector and a CCR-80 but in my White Sim Free French X10 I just got the basics (Phone,battery,8gb SD memory card, wired headphones,EP700 USB cable,CST-80 usb mains charger and the paperwork)

It all depends on where you have the phone from.
