if everybody is guilty then how can we punish ourselves? can anyone make a suggestion? should we abolish our group as a proper punishment to ourselves and so that there will no more violations?

i think one cause of the problem is that there are just too many people in this thread. the group is starting to grow and its getting too diffuclt to manage. to ask people to discipline themselves would be pointless.

re: violators. i'd like to reiterate that i do not agree with banning anyone (kahit na anong kulit pa nya).
re:guidelines. the PCC was recently transferred under Regional forums where it is stated that Regional and country specific subjects for the Asia Pacific region are discussed.
i dont see a need to open up another thread for now. let's discuss it here, since this is the thread where most pinoys start up.
