i was pleased when i got home from turkey 10 minutes ago and found a silicone case on my floor sweet thanks once again

Why did Pivot change from a very nice clear plastic box (which protected the item very well on transit) to the awful small carboard one ?
Theres no protection for the case at all. The case is not even bagged inside and can be easily damaged. The cardboard box is easily destroyed, especially as you post them out in a paper envelope. No protection at all now.

thanks for your suggestions.
the reason why we changed the packing:
1. lower the shipping cost esp. for the free samples. we are not only sending out the sample for free, but also provide the shipping cost to all of the lucky draw winner.
2. avoid custom check. since the big one is too bulky and will gain the customs attraction to check the item, then it will cost the delay which i really do'nt want such things happen.
3. since the case is elastic and cannot be damaged easily, therefore, we changed the packing.
However, we are so glad that you like our old plastic packing, we put a lot of time, effort and $$ into it. Thanks thanks thanks
