guys, to have all those function like BT and stand-alone battery unit would have made the product cost 2-3 times more considering the cost of a BT chip. So who will want to splash out so much cash for a simple radio? It just doesn;t makes sense in the marketing point of view. We can always come up with great ideas but in the end of day, what makes a great product is one that sells.

Sound quality is the main diff between 11 and 20 to me, and not just ability to preset channels. Hpr 11 is in mono whereas 20 is in stereo.
