@brownlad007, I didn't go for the pay later option, just paid via visa and bought them.

@lamont, i ordered the dell 1300 but upgraded the screen to 15.4" and added WIFI and 12 months next day repair service on all 3 laptops, at £360 each which is not bad.

@peterkay- so has it only got 40gb and 256memory? because the deal i found for £397 has got WiFi, 15.4" screen, 60Gb and 512mb memory which to me seems better than what you got for £360, but i wouldnt get 12months id get 90 returns and collect. thanks

thats right lamont, 40gb and 256mb ram. But thats more than enough for the people i've bought them for. Its good enough for normal usage like wireless surfing and normal laptop usage.

orite true true, iv read a review which says they used the PC to play flight simulator 2004 and it was very choppy and basically not very playable, does anybody know whether it would play less graphic and processor needy games, thinking of call of duty 2 really? what you think? cheers

In all honesty lamont, this laptop is not a truly gaming one.
Thats possibly why it's cheap!

hasnt it got a rubbish graphics card tho? (not trying to take the mickey) the laptop itself tho is a steal for that price...... but laptops are hardly ever gaming machines when youre looking at that kind of price
