i have not heard many people complain about the silver stuff. only about 2 so far. i think it depends on how you keep your phone too. i am going to end up buyin some sort of case for the phone though. that should keep it ok. can't wait getting it 2moor

its a great phone i am getting it tommorow, i would simply get it replaced by ur network as your entitled to do so, and just get some sort of good case for the phone, mobile case or something. thats what i am going to do with my w810i.
btw what network did you get it from? is it on contract? how have the feature beens so far on the phone?

Just to say that the pics above are of a K790, not a K800. But either way I think its an ok looking fone. Just wish I could get a W810 atm. :'(
