The process is entirely reversible
All u have to do is backup the files which u are going to replace and just overwrite the new files with the backed-up files when you want to remove the pack
I'll include the w800i original files with v1.2
I have no idea how the mediaplayer recognises the files, but it does
There is no need to overwrite the settings file
If u have not installed my pack yet, I advise u to wait.....v1.2 is coming very soon indeed, and there are a hell of a lot of changes in that

Thanks for the clarification. I'll just wait for v1.2 until I install then. Just one more question; after taking a good look around FAR w/ the plugin, doesn't this void the warranty on the phone? Maybe I'll answer it myself by saying that I guess if you just overwrite the files with a firmware upgrade the phone will look untouched?

I like the dock icons the way they are now, if it's going to change in 1.2 I'm gonna keep the old ones I think. If you could only add some shadow under the iLife icon, it would be perfect. It's nice to have the big icon over the dock, it's very well designed anyway although it's not how the original dock looks but it just stands out great! That's only my opinion though...

I need someone to post the original K750 and W800 startup-shutdown images and sounds, because I havent backed them up. It would really help me a lot if someone who has the original images would post them

I don't know if anyone else has said this, but I think having regular icons in the 3x4 pad would be cool, as a lot of us are really quick at navigating that way even though I use the number keys.

Gawd, I'm sorry for triple posting, but I can confirm that doing a firmware overwrite does not remove this hack. It takes away parts of it, but things such as the startup Sony Ericsson logo and the Startup Noise are not changed. Someone please post these?

Having 3x4 standard icons will miss a lot of the whole Mac OS X dock "experience". But I guess it won't be that hard to make a custom made icon & menu set like that for everybody that doesn't feel like "home" with the dock!

Heres something which I was leaning towards with the dock......but I'm not sure if it'll be received well
Just let me know what u think about it, so that I can either continue it or scrap it
