The files in the .rar above are exactly the same as the ones in my blob_fs folder, after I ran SEUS with my branded Orange UK W950i. There are 4 files below 1kb, but none around 350 or 450 bytes... Have i done something wrong?

lukeholl, sounds like the files for the W950 are a bit larger, will need someone to work out which two files need to be swapped.

SE Freak, as Sainty said, changing your firmware does not change your device lock state. Maybe your phone came originally locked so you have to unlock it using other method. Changing firmware using this way only debrand the phone not unlock it.
