The DS is not crap at all, it's generally a completely different style of gaming compared to the PSP and in many aspects music better, just as the Wii is to the 360 and PS3, Nintendo improved the graphics to get to that next level, but it's all about gameplay and maximum fun with Nintendo, not graphics and most technologically advanced as Microsoft and Sony aim for. To compare them is to compare a shark to a camel, there is no point, it just depends on your gaming style. I am personally a PlayStation fan when it comes to consoles (as many of you have probably gathered
), but I am through and through Nintendo when it comes to handheld, and in fact I am currently loving Final Fantasy III on my Oynx Black DS Lite!
@ GreenKronic - Although the 360 is great graphically as you can see from them screenshots, the PS3 has that extra bit of detail. Though I would say that it is far too early to do something as they have done here since the 360 has been out for more than a year now and so developers have mastered more or less the maximum potential of their games with the 360's abilities, whereas the PS3 has only just come out and because the release games aren't the greatest of games anyway, and that developers are still working with the PS3 to use it to its full potential it's not really the fairest of comparisons, the 360 shots would have looked worse at launch so think about it. Although there is that slight extra shine to the PS3, yes the difference is not worth the extra money for the PS3 at the moment, but the PS3 has a much greater potential and once Sony have released its key games such as Killzone 2, Final Fantasy XIII and Gran Turismo Vision etc, the full HD powers of the PS3 will show. Also if the PS3 games aren't yet playing at the full 1080i high definition and the 360 is, yet the PS3 is very slightly ahead graphically, that's kind of saying something, bring on 1080i! But as I said, it's too early.

I really think the winner of the next gen wars all depends on who wins the HD DVD/bluyray war. And the only ones who can decide this is the studios afaik. So far all i know is Universal are HD DVD and sony columbia tristar

Lets be honest, the wii has no chance of winning the next gen wars, its all about the 360 and ps3. I know i'd rather the 360 won cos i cant help my feel let down by sony over the past couple of years, and thats based on a lot of there products, phones, psp, mp3 players...etc
If one was giving the option of either having a wii
and 360 or a ps3 what would you chose? (i'm all for the wii + 360).

As I've already said, I personally see no need for the 360 unless you don't have a decent PC and are not bothered about the game library that the 360 offers. So I'm going to definately get a PS3 next year and if I can afford to, I would enjoy having a Wii as well. I'm also a big Final Fantasy fan and so to cut my collection by not getting a PS3 would be a stab to the heart.
