Look at the CDA in system information. Mine is CDA162007/1. The number behind he slash detemine what kind of phone you have. I think /1 and /2 are world generic.

Backup up and installed latest firmware.
Restore has completed fine (although *apparently* one 3rd party software didn't). Blackberry Internet appears to be working fine as well, an email fro my Hotmail account just came through.
The CDA of my handset is CDA 162007/1 R4A09.

Hmmm... just checked my BBC, there's NO INSTANTEMAIL account, just the Sys Inbox one!
Emails are coming into the Sys Inbox (where PIN messages would normally go to). WHen choosing to compose a new message, my InsantEmail account isn't shown as an option... OO-ER missus!).
Maybe THAT was the funny 3rd party app! lol
Gonna have to install from scratch to see if it fits!
