I can confirm that the SMSs are sent. I put the SIM card in other phone (I did it with a Nokia and a Treo) and the SMSs were received in seconds and without problems. When I put the SIM card back in the M600i, nothing....strange.

this is strange indeed. are you getting other sms'?
also, do you really need to send them from the SE site as these days, when you change sim or first start after a firmware update the phone goes through this business of confguring the phone for you?

don't worry mate. the same thing also happened to me. however, if you tap the blank box, the numbers is shown in a sec.. and it's gone again. I think it's another R9E bugs. Hopefully it will be fix in the next firmware.
This is the design so that those of us with w950s know which number has been entered for the pin (it was in R9C). So you won't get it 'fixed'

I upgraded my m600 and it got screwed, at the startup i get a white screen cycling without interruption.
Now what i may do?
Redoing the update procedure, the phone can't wake up till the part in which it is recognized by SEUS
Do I have some chance to fix myself?

Yes, I am getting other sms without problems. Itīs just the ones sent from SE web page my M600i fails to receive.
You are right. When I change the SIM card the phone tries to download the configuration details but I always get a message at the end saying it was not possible to download the parameters.
Iīll try to send the SMSs to my other phone (a Nokia) and then forward them to the M600i. Maybe thatīll work.......

Any idea if the BlackBerry Connect v3.37 still works after the update?
Hi MArc
Fyi, BBCv3.37 does not work with R9EA001. Since my BB did not work, I tried to fallback to R4A002 by taking it to local Sony Ericsson service centre, but was told fallback is not possible.

Andrew

its mentiond in the first couple of pages of this thread that it does not work and that you need a new version of BBC

OK, if your a BB user and need it, DO NOT update yet, as the v3.37 BBC does not work on the new M600 and the new P990 firmware, you need the new BBC v.3.45, but it is not on general release yet.

No, it stops very before, and tryng to startup all that i obtain is a white screen which flash on and off.
I take out the battery foa an hour, but the result is the same. It won't boot.
And it has to boot at least at a some stage to reflash it, i think at this point.
No way out for me, I'm suspecting.
