i already flash to the new firmware. seems java interface more smoother, and the animation for wallpaper working fast. and the speed for menu scrolling has a lot improvement. and i can browse my k810i more smoothly, especially when comes to view picture in gallery.

Maybe it's not out yet. I know Wotan have it, but maybe nothing free yet. Keep an eye out for it though please!

that is due to the region you are in, mine did the same thing. you can manually update or update via wonton. alot of links and support to update vias XS++
btw what is your firmware version?

Also try selecting like UK or US for Region in SEUS when your doing an update see if it does anything different. ( thats what SE gave me for a response when I inquired them about it.

To all - I flashed latest K810 firmware and upon start up I get prompted if I want to flash my memory stick. If select "yes" it asks for phone code - Does anyone know what this code is eg "Is it the same code that unlocks network?". If select "no" phone boots up normally, no problem. I'm just curious as to what this phone unlock code is. Please if anyone has encountered this, please help. Ps. I didn't leave my mem stick in the fone when flashing, so it can't be that.

The phone unlock code is usually 0000. That's the default code.

And besides, there's a simpler way to determine your software version:
Menu>Settings>General>Update Service>Software version.
I'm still at R6BC002.
