1 to change the view of your messages in inbox and sent messages goto
messaging-inbox-select options-scroll down to 'arrange by'
contact and category seem to be the two new ones.
2 tagging photos sorry ill have to get back to you on this one tomorrow as ive yet to take any photos

I think you misunderstood me. what i meant was 'how to change the VIEW options in the INBOX AND SENT MESSAGES. back in the older models of SE phones, if you choose the OPTIONS menu in the INBOX...the last option would be LIST OPTIONS. if you go into that there will be choices like NO DETAILS, DETAILS, DATE etc.
i noticed on the W910i, the ARRANGE BY option only changes how the messages are categorised (for example by DATE, by CONTACT etc). this doesnt change how the messages LOOK.
for example, in the W850, the INBOX can view about 6 messages per page, whereas now the W910i can only view 3 messages per page.
oh and about the tagging problem i had earlier, its all solved now thanks anyway =D.
and by the way, for those who have a W910i, whats the latest firmware version?

1I know what you mean now as i had that too on my w880 and it doesnt exist on the w910 (i looked around too)as i was saying seems like they have replaced it with the category feature/
hopefully a update will fix this and allow for some of to arrange in the way people want it to look:)
2as for firmware version the latest i got and came with phone is R1CA029,im not sure if there is an update yet but worth a check with seus:)

ohh i see..thanks for the help =D
hrmm there seems to be a new firmware version, but theres no log on what the bug fixes are. i'll wait till they release that before updating =D.
oh and do you know how to remove the LINE 1 icon on the top left standby screen? I've managed to remove the 3G icon by disabling the 3G networks, but is there a way to get rid of the green LINE 1 icon as well?

i tried that, but i get a message saying DEACTIVATE ALL COMMAND ERROR.
any ideas on how to get through this?
