Sorry but i don't see how you can compare old dumb phones like the K800/ k810 and expect them to be the same price as a newly launched smart phone as that just makes no sense. But if you don't want or need the functionality a smart phone offers i agree it would be pointless spending extra money on functions you don't won't or need.

Released the K850 before it was ready.
SW is too unreliable, features unfinished, build quality not up to their usual standard.
They lost me as a customer and many others too.

insi never state that a K800 was equivelent to a newly released N95. All he stated was that in comparing K850 to N95, as this thread is currently doing, he will take the K850 on economic grounds. He even stated that he understands the N95 is a better phone.

For me, they blew their once concrete position as the most innovative, advanced phone maker in the market. And they lost my custom this year too, for the first time in seven years.
K850, P990, P1, W960 - for a while now all their "lead" phones have either been significantly outdated and uninspired, or in some cases just plain bad. They've lost it.

@se_dude
Read this Forum and see what loyal SE supporters are putting up with many on there 3rd 4th or 5th handset so it's more than just a few isn't it? Go read all the K850 problem threads and then come back and tell us how great this device is, or are you suggesting all these SE fans are really Nokia fans sabotaging your great phone?
Sorry but as the title of this thread says and as more SE loyal users decide they have had enough and move to other brands we can't all be wrong can we? There is nothing wrong with having a favourite brand and being a loyal supporter. Until of course it means you start buying devices that aren't giving you the best for your money of course.
In the last 22 years until June 2006 and my M600 i had used mainly Ericsson and SE devices but the M600 was enough for me to leave. Since then i have seen so many SE fans hand not just here leave for other brands and that just can't be good for SE.

wow , have some trust in SE !!!!
Nokia isn't that good eeder , if you want a phone that you must reload like 2 time's in a day , and have software probs whole the time , take a N95 , and remember the size of the phone also ! Sorry but SE is still the best in cellphone's. Period.
