help with SEUS driver

-I installed SEUS 2.7.12.4
-I sellected W910i in SEUS
-I try to follow SEUS steps, last step is hold C
-when I connected w910i, w910i show"Do not remove the USB cable blar blar blar..."
-& SEUS just wait at the "steps" there...

is it count as start up? because in SEUS help said that
"After attaching the USB cable, the phone should not start up. If it does, the Flash driver has not been properly installed on the USB port in use. Remove the battery and begin installing the driver again."

I have not success on SEUS
I think is driver problem
in XP device manager it show "USB Mass Storage Device",
& both the M2 memory & w910i phone memory did pop up
but when I remove the battery & connect w910i, nothing happen...(no usb/flash detected)

can I know where to get the proper driver(usb?) for w910i+SEUS?
& how to do it properly?
I want to cry >..< wu wu wu...

Remember:

1. Switch the phone OFF and remove the battery for about 10 seconds;
2. Put the battery back, then hold down the 'C' key FIRMLY...
3. With the 'C' key HELD DOWN, plug in the USB cable;
4. If you have been successful, you will see an 7th step, which is 'Release the 'C' key...

The update should then proceed...

Which Firmware is actually the unbranded?
I have:
R1CA029

EROM: 1200-4341
SEMCBOOT; R6A008

Is that unbranded?

sadly....there is still no updates for me too (unbranded)...

One bug:

if we set .swf file as the Wallpaper, the wallpaper will not be retained after phone restarted.

Tried in W580i, and the wallpaper still there.

Picture files is ok, but not the Flash file...

This is turning into a farce... I have never bought a phone with so many different issues from day 1!
Then SE have the balls to launch new phones!
This 'major' firmware update needs to come through soon, cos I think both W910i and K850i users are getting fed up...
