yeah dude, snake lags in mine too. lol
.
I came across a site, where they said that , n96 will be slow and sluggish and stuff in the starting because it would be indexing files and stuff. But later on like 2 days or a week, it should be fine. But i think that fine would be just us getting used to the lag. But i just hope it turns out better, for the money we spent.

WTF?! I said, I paid 4,200QR today so I can use the phone in 2-3 weeks and if I just bought it 2-3 weeks later it would ahve been 2,500QR!
I've just thrown away around 2,000 QR (300 pounds)

Man thats sad news, if you would have purchased from axiom, they give you a week's price insurance sort of thingy. So if the price drops in that week, you get that difference back.
Anyways, you shouldnt have give your phone back, a new update just released. Almost everyone's got problem with their n96 atm.

I have to agree with threadstarter that some of the N96 are really bad assembled like mine and his. Too many parts make clickety noises on this expensive phone. From the battery to the front keys, unstable slider up and down.
I have the Innov8 too, and I really prefer that one to N96.
So if you are in the market for a hero product, choose Innov8 rather than this. Too plastic for me. I need to swap for a new product.
