then i have flashed it in custmenu und deleted the two files
then i start the phone und its a softkey button like "walkman" but when i klick the button NOTHING APPEARS but WHY why WHY ohhh noo
do i have to do anything other? i havent installed patches or mods i have a flash menu and new font but nothing other
whooooo is the problem????????

Try to change the mediaplayer to "mediacenter" in xml file by the method mentioned on page no 1. Also please read the page no 4 and 5 carefully.
If not, just download the hook from page no 6 given by timewriter for me. It is working for now playing screen with walk man logo.
I hope this would work.

Please read on to page no 2 and 3, you dont need to master reset everytime.

Here
the original Tea shark logo looks very ugly if resized to tiny size, so i'm using another image (globe icon). if you don't like, you can change with another image

actually what you did in xml file, i did the same but i think i dont know how to pack the png and xml back to itm file using tugzip software. are you using the same software or other software to pack it back to itm file. pls guide me step by step on how to pack them to itm using tugzip. actually, i packed them to .tar but when i rename it to .itm and put it back to phone it shows right_softkey_hook.itm.tar
and the size of the hook increased upto 15-17 kb whereas it should be of only 5 kb.
if you are using another software to do the job, it would be nice to have that software. i am PM you my email id. you can send it to me, if you wish to.

actually, i'm using the same way as you did.
i think, the problem is in your PC.
if you using windows, from explorer, open: tool - folder option - view. then
uncheck "hide ekstensions for known file type". so you will never wrong again when renaming from TAR to itm
