What's also annoying for me and i'm sure others is when you end up losing all the games, wallpapers, ringtones etc if purchased from Orange like i have. when my phone goes in for repair i have to end up buying them all over again. If like me your C905 has the earpiece fault say and it's down to possibly a design fault say with keypad or whatever there should be something put in place so the customer can be refunded?

Wouldn't Carphonewarehouse replace it with a refurbisfed one though instead of a new one? It's the first time this second handset of mine has been faulty.
Using my K850 at the moment but feels and looks so cheap

Here at Sweden, It has three chance to solve the problem, if the same problem still remain after third service then change it out and cash back, but dunno how it work over UK, it should be same in Europe.. but goodluck

Are all W43 handsets faulty??Anyone here who is using a set which has evaded any faults?? In india we only have the W43 pieces in stock and they are not getting the newer ones any sooner. What should i do??I really want the phone??
What should i check for in the phone??Hardware issues?? The build felt pretty slick, the slider was awesome, a superb click when opened and when closed. The buttons seem to be pretty sturdy, only the keypad is a bit dodgy. Is it good? Shall it break or something?? The feedback was good tho, a small press was enough to gimme a feedback. The handset itself was quite perky.
