What caught my eye with this shot is that with the pouring rain/hail/snow we have had for the last 2 weeks, the view from this window through the driving rain distorted the image of the city in a very interesting way (Look closely - some of it looks like it has been pinched - other parts like they are melting)
At least there is no doubt as to what I used to take the photo - my K850i can be clearly seen in the reflection

frankthetank ---> trust me, this is a very beautifull looking artistic picture.... especially the colors.... the pic has a great vintage look to it... and te grainy surface just adds to the view......... hats off for such a nice image [actually great editing, the original looks --- original!]
but i wish the first thing that came to my mind when i saw the picture was water!

It is the first thing that springs to my mind?
Look at the horizon it's absolutely pissing down! I spent all day on the roof below on Friday in the pouring rain fixing the Air Conditioning. I apologise that you cannot see my portrayal of mood in this photo.
Perhaps you could contribute an image to the thread that I can criticize for you?

take it easy pisse-nisse......it seems you cant reflect relative. Its great photo-quality for a indoor picture taken with a
cellphone.
and yes, i call this:
nearly flawless quality__________100% size:

Great for a phone indoors, yes, but that doesn't make something nearly flawless.

frankthetank ---> post so that you can critice me??? haha, that was funny and very buisness..... yes, i will post an entry. and you can criticise as much as you like. the more the better. atleast someone will be talking something about my pics!
i am sorry, it was hell with the rains on your side, especially for the poor AC...
but still, the pic is very less on water, more because you have put grayscale effect in it... and i aplauded you so much for the pic... i just said that the first thing about the pic that caught my attention wasnt the theme 'water'. it was the 'vintage' look of the pic.... dont mean i'm blind not to see things...
mateoff ---> nice pod! what is that flower? and is this after rains? or just your garden shower? and look at the two ants on it! interesting picture.... wish that there was slight blooming of the flower present....
domipost ---> hey! feel right at home! [not mine though! consider frankthetank's! he require's help with the rains! and uinderstanding me too!

] bring on the pics... try my post ---> creative photo blog, give ideas, feedback
about pitzon's pic>>> its a very very very good pic regarding sharpness... because it doesnt happen too often that we get such sharp pics on full-blown scale, in flash conditions.... so it was an 'exaggeration' of speech, and its pretty common to use in everyday life, a part of english. but the pic is really amazing!
plankgatan ---> take my name, be kool!
