Is there a way to mark and delete all private messages at once? I know its not a bug i just wondered as i had so many deleting them took ages when clearing my inbox

you can click "list view" on the top right and then click "all" and then "deleted selected" and this will let you you delete 100 messages at a time. Unfortunately you can't delete all in one go.
