Can we qualify that as PANORAMA? I guess this month's theme is quite a mess

Yes, the kjao entry is valid. Its PANORAMA and MACRO the only difference is that it is in portrait orientation. Pls check the exif of original pic.

then it should be in a landscape orientation. if you ask a photographer to give you a panorama shot of any subject would you expect it in portrait orientation?
