I have a T68 which has been upgraded to T68i. It must be out of warrnty now. If I take to my nearest SE center will they upgrade the firmware to the latest or will they want to charge me? Does anyone know?

About new game Ballpop.
When I check out its options, there is marked: "use sound". But there is NO sound, when I play this game.
When I choose "no sound" and go back to stand-by and then again go to Fun & Games and Ballpop, the "use sound" is back - but still with no sound.
I guess, its a little bug with this game.
