I'm new to this wap stuff, so I'll need a little help here.

On websites that say the themes, ringtones, etc are free, does it mean that the website won't charge me any money, but the phone company (fido) will?

before i had my datacable, i used to go to:
WAP
http://freethemes.atomic-concept.com/wap.htm it has a decent collection.

*as for themes on this thread, wapmasters can load these unto their wapsite for download (i, for one would not mind)
