orang3 - your phone is not locked since you bought from m1 as iDA doesn't allow locking of mobile phones sold in singapore. the fact that you can use your starhub sim card proves that. look at the padlock icon closely and you will see that it is open instead of being closed at the top.
dairin - the blue velvet case came with the early batches of the t68m / mc. it is just a small drawstring pouch for you to keep the t68. nothing extraordinary so you didn't miss much.

Very sad to hear the following reply from SE when I asked about the software released in Singapore (on week 20) stated on the website.
------------------------- MY QUESTION TO SE ---------------------It is stated in your website that the software will be out on week 20th.
What I'm asking is if the software will be available in Singapore on that
date? If it is possible can you please provide me with a comfirmation
date on the availability of the software in singapore. Once again I'd like to thank you very much for your help.

SO, what should I expect to pay for an UNlocked T68 (with international warranty) in Singapore dollars?

Yeap, amlim is correct. IDA do not allowed our phone to be locked as this is to prevent our individual Network Provider (NP) or service provider (SP) to take control of their customer and do not allowed them to change other NP if they feel that the present NP is no good.
And I have noticed that a lot foreigners like to buy handphone from here it is because of the handphone is not lock and they can use in their country and change NP if they like to.
