I don't mind who uploads what as long as you follow the rules posted earlier.
I reserve the last judgement as to what stays on there - I have already deleted a couple of dubious images.
After some thought I have decided that things like Films, episodes of TV series and anything else with a potentially "damaging" copyright will only stay there for a short period.

if such a item did compromise copyright law, you would be warned 1st with a formal letter. before anything can be legally done against you, if you got that letter then you remove the offending item(s), you would be fine.
