yeah, I have a P910a. Seems like your P905 has its benefits and drawbacks. I think I would like the quick switching, but the icon would really annoy me.

Looks like this app is not compatible with the P900 to an extent. Oh well, it probably explains why this app is not available under the P900 section of the site.
As for the Icon, probably only works on the P910 models. With the P900, its just the lousy diamond.

hmm this app looks cool,,
its got just what i need, tracker and handy day seem too much!
and it also bypasses the orange home screen on flip open (which HD and T4 wouldnt do)
but the main thing i wanted to do was make my desktop customisable,,,
but every time i try and add a new shortcut it crashes

i went and uninstalled handy day and desktop,
then reinstalled this sony desktop, but it stil does the same thing..
any ideas? (p910)

a big user of Sman v1.3
downloaded the SEDT and it works without any need for a new snapshot! Sman doesnt terminate it anyway as its in hidden apps section...
i have the blue ugly dimond icon
i use my internet button for my Sman, but even if i "disable hotkey" in Sman and even quit Sman, it still doesnt launch the SEDT, just takes me to my internet homepage!!!
silly really! or is it SE's strategy to get us upgrade to a P910i?
oh, almost forgot, i have the SEDT installed on my Memory Stick, but even when i take it out of the phone, SEDT still works.... how strange! but it definately is on my MS as i cant see it in the uninstall section when the MS is out of my phone!!!
any ideas?

The icon & button bugs are because it's on P900 then, we await updates.
Mine is on the Duo too & also works with it removed, odd!
Does the jogdial switching between SEDT & AppList work by holding jd towards on P900?
