@MikLSP They might release the update for it when the firmware update comes out, but I wouldnt hold my breath.

Anyway I am more looking forward to MP3 Surround Sound...with my ER•6i headphones

The ATRAC3plus format seems pretty good to me, good sound & very small but if they want to replace it the fair enough.

Does the PSP support MP3pro? Not that I have any experience of it, is it much better than normal mp3?

Umm that only pertains to SCEA psp s. But for the jap import version there will either be a FW update including Sonic Stage to allow ATRAC3 files to be noticible or there will have to be a folder creation like the videos.

Surely it would be rediculous to be above the screen!
(not sure how else they'd do it but perhaps the USB should be on the bottom?)

Maybe with the keyboard in the screen automatically inverts itself? That makes more sense to me....

Possibly but it looks (though its hard to tell for sure) like the keyboard is the right way up in the picture & not upside down as it would need to be if u used it inverted.
U can definately see j,k,l on the right of the 2nd row.

As we know several of us have RidgeRacers and all have Japanese menus (to a certain extent). I think most is pretty simple but there may be some things people don't know such as saving replays and ghosts.
So here is a pic of my effort at the translations, hope someone finds it useful:



I'd be interested to know how accurate or inaccurate they are if anyone can actually read the Japanese
