Just had an idea, could it be possible to change the directory of the camdriver files so that you could have multiple camdrivers on your phone so if u need speed and good video u could use v9.89 or for quality use 2.72 or 2.4. Would it be possible?

Probably not, since you'd have to write some kind of choosing script/program for the phone, and that seems virtually impossible.

@aksd @all
I'm don't know much about this things. But in my opinion the 2.4, 2.71, 9,89 and 10,01 are great. I'll test 9,89 (modified by e_erzan).
But i have read on a w800i Orkut Comunity From Brazil(where i live), that you can make the video works with 17fps, here are the configuration they made (i don't know if for this values the Video goes at 17fps), but here that is:
VR_NORMAL_MODE_FR=44;
VR_NIGHT_MODE_FR=28;
About other changing, i can't say much 'cause i'm kinda "beginner". but below (between " ") there are some points i can at least say the way i prefer:
Shaprness: "v2.4, v2.71 or 9.89"
ISO: "As -- @eowwl Sayd "If the fixed ISO100 is too dark then why not fix it at ISO150 or ISO200 for a change?" --- MY QUESTION "COULD IT WORK ??""
Compression: "Most stable at 92% so it will be at 92%."
Videos: "As i said above..."
NightMode: "Without noise and as fast as it can be =)"
Spot: "don't know"
Colours: "Normal"
Focus: "Normal" (i don't know if other is better, if it is, so be it)
LED Settings: "In my opinion the one is it now is better, i think you didn't modified it too much"
Zoom: "I think we should keep it at 4x ...." -- "Be it"

if you fix iso to 200,400 it will still me to dark and above 400 a lot of noise. i've tryed to enhance brithness but the black becomes grey.so no luck. I've been out for a while so i had no time to take care of the camera driver.

Sharpness, ISO, Compression, Colours, NightMode, Focus, LED & Zoom : 2.71 can't find better than this one
Videos: 9.86 / 9.89, 9.86 & 9.89 got smoother video...
Spot: Definitely Off !
and crash free for sure
Thanks a lot Ashkay !

Yeah i agree with K' with this one 2.71 has the best quality, but 2.4 is also quite good and 9.89 has the best video quality. Could we put them both together? Also for speed 9.89 is the best.

Also is it possible to have a camera driver which is shake proof.
I mean while taking the picture of a person and if he is moving the pictures are coming blurred. I had lots of problems taking photographs of small kids.
Also while taking the picture with shaking hands.....results in a blurred image..
Thanks for the wonderfull work aksd.....

@aksd
thanks mate for the credit

btw, sad to hear that you'll mod the last driver for us

would be great if its continue

anyway, here's some of
MY input on your requirement for your last cam driver..
Sharpness: i, myself do prefer the sharpness on the
Hybrid 2.4 Camdriver which you can see the example i took with it..
NOTE: its non-edited by any software.. Flickr do resize it automatically..
#1
#2
ISO: mostly prefer
Auto ISO rather than the fixed one

(just me

)
Compression: the most stable one =
92%
Video: the one and only =
15fps
Nightmode: anything that suits you.. but normal would be nice .. you know, lesser noise
Spot: to be serious im still scratching my head on how does this works.. maybe you can explain to me via PM

would like to know more on this
Colours: normal would be good
Focus: Full range sounds kewl

or just according to your preference
LED Settings: didnt use that too much though ( just me

)
Zoom: no reason to mod this part.. if only you can change Digital zoom to Optical Zoom.. that will be a big achievement
thats all from me

i hope it does help a bit on the latest and the last camdriver from askd

cheers~
P.s: do correct me if im wrong
