ok to get a two day free trial code go to
http://www.snackstrongproductions.com/ and click on the xbox building. click on the game on logo in the top right and register when regestering click "get game code under the game code section (you dont need a bag of the crisps) click on next to enter more details (remember to click on the get game code before)
register and put in some details and under state just put NY
(i put a randum adress)... in the state put NY and in zip code part put 72202 (this works)
now to find out if it works..

Yeah the modern combat one. Like the look of The Darkness also which is out at the moment.
Only games I have left after trade in are tiger woods 2007 and condemmed. Will have to get a new game soon.
