I'm at:
3.480% for the first round,
3.488% for the second draw,

Nope, you can't calculate that because if the winner of the first draw is somebody with 20 entries, it is own entries over total entries less 20 times 100.

Its close but not correct
Actually it depends on the person winning, if first winner is for example PeterKay, the number of entries drops by 40 or whatever the number of entries will be at the end. So if the first winner got a lot of entries, the chance is bigger, but if all the winners had only one entry, it would be as u wrote
