I thought you hated Apple?

No not at all. I love all mobile phones, i like the companies that develop them. Apple are just incredibly stupid as we discovered thanks to the antennagate disaster. I was highly unimpressed with their attempts to claim there was no issue, then kept digging a deeper hole for themselves.

Id love to own an iPhone, i love its UI, unfortunately they're still quite limited and cannot do such daily tasks i would need my main phone to do.

I use 3g video calls daily, use my phone as a portable hard drive using Bluetooth to perform file transfers - two main areas the iPhone 4 simply cannot meet my needs.

Never mind the jailbreak worked well anyway thanks to AntonioX. That's rather frustrating though cos I was doing all this to unlock. It was all going swimmingly well

My daughter got herself the iPhone 4 yesterday and I must say it is a great phone with a gorgeus screen. For the first I am tempted to get one myself but I am not sure that I will be comfortable spending time in the Apple jail

My iphone not long after doing the jailbreak decide to keep crashing & freezing. So I was forced to do a reinstall no big deal though I wasted nearly 600mb of downloading the software on my 3UK modem it took ages to download. Though I am impressed at the way itunes remembers all your settings on the phone so you don't have to do any re-setting again EDIT: I was curious what it looks like inside & I found it
