Yep, and Samsung pretty much confirmed this after the S4 announcement, there is no reason to doubt that all the touchwiz new features (i.e. new weather app) will come straight over the S3.
Next question is when - it won't be before the end of April (for obvious reasons) but maybe May/June?

More great news for us, the GS4, GS3, GNote2, GNote8.0 and GNote10.1 shall be receiving Android5.0, according to SamMobile's insider:

The GS3 LTE is looking the best at this point I must say, 2GB RAM, LTE and an Exynos chip, all for a great price, probably the best 2012 smartphone you can get.
